Certain major structural repairs or exterior excavation work may require local permits or compliance filings. While we assist with necessary project documentation, ultimate code compliance and property zoning responsibilities remain with the property owner.
Property owners and managers must ensure safe, clear access to the basement, foundation walls, and work areas during scheduled service times. Clients are responsible for clearing personal items, stored goods, or carpeting from the immediate work zone prior to crew arrival.
