It depends on what we are doing. Waterproofing the inside usually doesn’t need a permit, but digging up outside or fixing structural walls usually does.

It all depends on what you are looking at. Wet walls usually mean you just need waterproofing, but crooked or bowing walls mean foundation repair. We figure it out during our free visit.

Doing the inside usually takes one or two days. Digging up the outside takes longer depending on how big the yard and house are.

Yes. Riverdale has a lot of older homes sitting on steep hills, so we set up special outdoor drainage to keep rainwater away from them.
